How to make your dishes tasty but economical and natural?

Food tastes has secrets but don’t you know that they are so simple?

  • Have some soup stock always ready to give a real good taste in almost of your dishes.
  • To make a good soup stock have soup bones ready for boiling
  • Put vegetable trimmings such as: carrots, celery, onion
  • Put some fresh herbs and spices such as: cloves, laurel leaf, pepper, thyme and of course a little salt
  • Boil them slowly until the water have been reduced 50% (around 2-4 hours)
  • The concentrated stock can be cooked and kept in small batches and keep for future use
  • Each time you need to cook soup, saute some vegetables or other dishes you can use that stock to give a real good flavor
  • The stock can be fish stock, chicken stock, pork stock, beef stock
  • In this way you were able to get a real good taste without putting so much
